Spa Auto Collision

Let me just say first that there are several reasons why I came up with this 5 star review. Number one reason is because I was involved in a car accident and found at fault.. though if I had a dashcam I could definitely hold up a case on how I definitely was not at fault and had to make a decision that probably saved countless lives and excessive damages, including my own. Definitely cannot blame my own personal situation on this collision center. How ever after a couple of months they came through in a big way! I rolled the dice with this particular collision center one because they are local, and two it came highly recommended by a Veteran who owned a tow company that got me out of the highway, and by his colleague who owned the first collision center the vehicle went to. I say rolled the dice because the insurance company is not connected with this company so it was at my own risk. Overall they did an amazing job, immaculate paint job, and they detailed the vehicle, looks like a brand new car. I felt like they treated it like their own. ONE HUGE IMPROVEMENT THAT CAN BE MADE IS COMMUNICATION. After multiple phone call attempts I gave up and went into then office. I was told that

Daniel helped me with getting my Subaru back to its original condition. The shop personnel did a great job with the body work and paint. Highly satisfied and would recommend you use this shop after a collision or auto damage.

Even with the holidays slowing things down, they managed to fix my car within a month. Their customer service was outstanding—super attentive, communicative, and professional. And my car looks newer than ever. Excellent experience!. I couldn’t be happier!

2025 was a terrible year for my wife and I when it came to car accidents.. rear-ended and T-boned after someone ran a stop sign. It was exhausting and stressful, but the Spa Auto team truly made the entire process so much smoother. Pamela and Paola took their time walking us through every step with our vehicles and insurance, which helped us a lot during such a frustrating situation. Edgar and his team did absolutely incredible work, both of our vehicles came back flawless. Drive amazing and they look like they were never even in an accident. We are more than grateful for their professionalism and quality of work, and we highly recommend Spa Auto without hesitation.

This is by far the worst body shop I’ve ever dealt with. The communication was terrible, and the work was incomplete. I had to return multiple times just to get my truck fixed properly, only to realize the work was getting worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—friends or family. In fact, my truck came back with more dings and scratches than when I first dropped it off (they were throwing trash and parts in the back of vehicles). I wouldn’t be surprised if they were using customers’ vehicles for personal use. To top it off they don’t have a quality assurance supervisor (Or not very good ones) to make sure the workmanship is good and safe (I was missing a lug nut and others were semi loose according to Nissan dealership). The door didn’t close all the way, you could hear wind coming in, took it back to them same day and the door feels loose now and closes differently than the other doors. Very disappointing to be in this situation, especially being that it wasn’t my fault and being so close to paying off my vehicle. Check out the pictures to see the kind of workmanship they provide.
